Is there a state to state comparison for laws governing use of hazard flashers while driving? - flashers
I live in Florida and a law allowing ludricous not here, that people use their flashing lights while driving in heavy rain. I know someone who has a ticket for this law, a judge in Florida dismissed. In fact, the judges ludicrious used the term "law. I try to have a comparison of the laws of all 50 states in the fire emergency.

There is no comparison that I am aware that each state goes to DMV and look forward to the law. It is not necessarily so absurd when we see people with their hazard potential in the strangest time drive. The only time it is expected that the emergency lighting will be used if they pose a potential danger to others as if you travel more than 15% below the posted speed limit or when your car breaks. If you are used to improve visibility in bad weather, then it could cause someone to misunderstand your intentions and make a dangerous maneuver.
