I was very depressed lately. I have avoided it, people simply for the fact that I have nothing to say and it's not really the feeling that more entertaining. It is rare that excites me more than anything else. When I'm excited, I know not to show to the outside, because I am very dizzy and my mouth dry and my tongue is stiff and can not speak.
My eating habits are totally unhealthy, and I know. I Binge / Purge often. I usually eat twice a day to 1,800 calories - both. I am totally obsessed with counting calories and joy, and that brings me to eat too much. All this because I hate them.
I've heard that you should eat every three hours, and I have to eat and nothing more.These tips really help me, because I know what I do, I do not know what they eat, so it makes no sense.
