Whats the best way to increase the depth of a keyway? - keyway broach
I have a key that about 3 mm above the ankle. I thought maybe because I do not complete Brushes correct. Is there an easier way?

I think it is a groove in a hole, not on an axis. So I must suppose you have to immerse themselves in the slot, as you mentioned address.
Filing would be difficult.
It would be better if the machine file or the button if the current depth of the key is sufficient.
